We had very very good breakfasts with freshly prepared main dishes and croissants, and had dinner at the nice restaurant on-site. The location was good and incredible, if you need to be walking distance to a palace and a castle.

The rooms were nice, the staff was kindly, and they served a great breakfast. I recommend you to eat at Thaers, that is set 600 feet away. I were next to such places as bomann museum. Location met expectation...

Personnel and interior design
Plenty mosquitos. I cant sleep. With open window I have 60-70 bites during the night. It would be ice to have in a room something against mosquitos.

I had a wonderful Christmas here, and I didn't want to leave, as the location was lovely, close to a public park, and the staff were extremely professional.

The location. The breakfast choice. The swimming pool and fitness area.
For a 5 night stay we found our room very disappointing. We were unable to unpack our belongings as there were no drawers in the room and only a few coat hangers in a very small wardrobe. There were no hooks for towels/dressing gowns and only one for coats. The shower was hot but the screen was poor resulting in a very slippery and dangerous bathroom floor. The receptionist on leaving was not friendly and we had an issue with a charge of 37 euros for a complimentary bottle of wine which was provided for my partners birthday. We did not receive any of our daily newspapers which were paid for at the time of booking.
